Ingrediënten

  • ½ cup Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing
  • ½ pound mushrooms rinsed, trimmed, and sliced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • ¼ cup very thinly sliced Serrano ham or prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Instructies

Prepare the Dressing:

  • Prepare the Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing (El Aliño) if not already made.
  • Set aside.

Marinate the Mushrooms:

  • Place the sliced mushrooms in a medium bowl and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  • Toss gently to coat the mushrooms with the lemon juice.

Combine Ingredients:

  • Fold the thinly sliced Serrano ham (or prosciutto) into the bowl with the marinated mushrooms.

Add Dressing and Parsley:

  • Pour the Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing over the mushrooms and ham.
  • Add the finely chopped parsley.

Mix and Chill:

  • Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Refrigerate the salad until ready to serve, but no more than 1 hour to prevent discoloration of the mushrooms.

Serve:

  • Transfer the Mushroom and Serrano Ham Salad to a serving dish and serve chilled.
