- 45 Chicken wings disjointed (discard bony tips)
- 2 cups Soy sauce
- 2 cups Brown sugar packed
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 teaspoons Dry mustard
- 1 ½ cups Water
Instructies
- Disjoint the chicken wings, discarding the bony tips.
- Arrange the meatier wing parts in a shallow baking pan.
- In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, butter, dry mustard, and water.
- Heat the mixture until the sugar and butter dissolve.
- Cool the marinade.
- Pour the cooled marinade over the chicken wings, ensuring they are well coated.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake the wings in the marinade for 45 minutes, turning once and spooning the marinade over the chicken occasionally.
- Drain the wings on paper towels and serve hot or cold.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
Marinade goes a long way, and more wings can be added. Marinate in two large ziplock bags if needed.
