Parmesan Thyme Cauliflower

This recipe yields a nice cauliflower side dish that can be served with any protein of your choice. If you prefer your cauliflower a little more tender, just add a few minutes to your cooking time.

  • 1 ¼ tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 ½ tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large head cauliflower chopped into small florets

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine butter, Parmesan cheese, thyme, garlic powder and salt.
  • Toss in florets.
  • Place half of cauliflower mixture in ungreased air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Shake basket, then cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Transfer cooked cauliflower to a large serving bowl.
  • Repeat cooking with remaining cauliflower.
  • Serve warm.
