Ingrediënten

  • 1 package small shell pasta
  • 2 cups cannellini beans
  • 12 ounce can stewed tomatoes
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • ½ onion diced
  • ½ cup carrots diced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructies

  • Combine the cannellini beans and tomatoes in a greased slow cooker insert.
  • Add the broth, onion, carrots, garlic, rosemary, parsley and thyme to the insert.
  • Cover and cook for four hours on high.
  • Add the spinach; continue cooking for 10 minutes.
  • Boil the small shell pasta according to package directions or until shells are al dente.
