Pasta Rustica
Ingrediënten
- 1 lb farfalle bow tie pasta
- ⅓ C. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- ¼ C. butter
- 2 small zucchini quartered and sliced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 8 oz package mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructies
- Boil your pasta for 10 mins in water and salt.
- Remove excess liquid and set aside.
- Fry your salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, zucchini, oregano, mushrooms, onion, and tomato, for 17 mins in olive oil.
- Mix the veggies and pasta.
