Peach Barbecue Pork Chops
Fruit pairs so nicely with pork chops, and this recipe won’t let you down. The air fryer sears all sides of the chops while keeping the inside juicy! When choosing sugar-reduced jam, read the labels, as some have hidden ingredients. Do a quick online search for “keto-accepted jam” for a rundown of good options.

- 1 ½ tablespoons sugar-reduced peach preserves
- 1 ½ tablespoons no-added-sugar tomato paste
- ¾ tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¾ tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
- 2 3cm-thick bone-in pork chops
Instructies
- In a medium bowl, whisk together peach preserves, tomato paste, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic.
- Add pork chops to mixture and toss.
- Refrigerate covered for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Place pork chops in ungreased air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Flip and cook for 4 more minutes.
- Flip once more and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
- Using a meat thermometer, ensure internal temperature is at least 70°C.
- Transfer pork to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
