You May Never Make A “Normal” Fruit Pie After Making These Lemon-Glazed, Bite-Sized Peach Pies. They Are Very Easy To Prepare—You Can Even Teach The Little Ones In Your Family How To Do It. Serve Hot From The Oven With A Nice Scoop Of Vanilla Ice Cream.

Ingrediënten

  • â…“ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • ÂĽ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 9″ Refrigerated Piecrust
  • 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter Melted, Divided
  • 12 Slices Frozen Peaches
  • Âľ Cup Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice

Instructies

  • Preheat Oven To 425°F.
  • Line A Baking Sheet With Parchment Paper.
  • In A Small Bowl, Combine Granulated Sugar, Nutmeg, And Cinnamon.
  • Set Aside.
  • Unroll Piecrust On Cutting Board And Brush Entire Surface With About 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter.
  • Cover With Sugar Mixture, Saving About 1 Tablespoon To Sprinkle Over The Tops After Rolling Them Up.
  • Cut Circle Of Dough Into Twelve Equal Triangular Slices.
  • For Each Roll-Up, Place 1 Frozen Peach Slice On The Wide End Of A Dough Triangle And Roll Toward The Narrow End (No Need To Seal The Ends).
  • Place On Baking Sheet.
  • Repeat.
  • Brush Remaining 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter Over Tops Of Finished Rolls And Sprinkle On Rest Of Cinnamon Sugar.
  • Bake On Middle Rack Until Golden Brown, 18–20 Minutes.
  • Combine Confectioners’ Sugar And Lemon Juice To Form A Glaze.
  • Remove Rolls From Oven And Drizzle Glaze Over The Top Of Each Roll-Up.
  • Serve Warm.
