Pecan-Crusted Honey Mustard Chicken Breasts
Pulse your pecans into a meal instead of a flour — the chunkier texture will give a thicker coat. If you prefer a thinner coat, just pulse your pecans down a bit more. If you want to skip this step altogether, just purchase almond meal and proceed!

- 2 170 gram boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
- ¼ cup Low-Carb Honey Mustard
- ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Coat chicken with honey mustard.
- Place pecans in a shallow dish.
- Coat chicken in pecans.
- Add chicken to air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil and cook for 10 minutes.
- Gently flip chicken and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Using a meat thermometer, ensure internal temperature is at least 75°C.
- Transfer chicken to a large serving plate and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
