Ingrediënten
- 1 Vlasic pickle sliced thick lengthwise
- 3 oz. Tillamook® Smoked Black Pepper White Cheddar Cheese
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Butter or butter spread
Instructies
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Place half of the Tillamook® Smoked Black Pepper White Cheddar Cheese on the non-buttered side of one slice of bread.
- Layer the pickle slices over the cheese, then add the remaining cheese on top of the pickles.
- Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing out, to form a sandwich.
- Cook the sandwich at 325°F for four minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Once cooked, slice the sandwich diagonally and serve hot.
