Step 2: Oven Preheating and Rolling

- Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
- Cut the dough into shapes using any cookie cutter.
- Place cookies 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
