  • ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Instructies

  • Season the porterhouse steak with black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, garlic powder, thyme, and marjoram.
  • Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the surface of the steak, followed by the melted butter.
  • Place the steak in the preheated air fryer basket at 390°F.
  • Cook for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
