Ingrediënten

Instructies

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, cook the steak slices for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  • Top the pizza with sautéed onions, bell peppers, and steak slices.
  • Add shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses on top.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve hot, optionally drizzling with extra mustard or hot sauce.
