Piña Colada Sorbet
Ingrediënten
- 2 cups 500 ml Pineapple juice
- 5 oz 150 g Coconut purée
- 3.5 oz Simple syrup
- 4 tbsp Rum
Instructies
- Blend the pineapple juice with coconut purée and simple syrup, sieve, and flavor with rum.
- Place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
