Ingrediënten

  • 2 cups 500 ml Pineapple juice
  • 5 oz 150 g Coconut purée
  • 3.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 4 tbsp Rum

Instructies

  • Blend the pineapple juice with coconut purée and simple syrup, sieve, and flavor with rum.
  • Place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
