- 2-1/2 cups milk
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 20- oz. can crushed pineapple drained
- 8- oz. container frozen whipped topping thawed
Garnish:

- maraschino cherrie
Instructies
- Layer vanilla wafers in a spacious glass bowl, ensuring the bottom is completely covered, and set aside 8 to 10 wafers for garnish.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
- Gradually stir in the milk.
- Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
- Add vanilla extract and continue cooking for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Once the mixture reaches a thick consistency, fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the layer of wafers in the bowl and allow it to cool.
- Top the cooled pudding with the thawed whipped topping.
- Garnish the Pineapple Delight Bowl with pineapple slices, the reserved wafers, and maraschino cherries.
