Pizza Casserole
Kids will love to dig into this noodle-filled casserole.
Ingrediënten

- 8 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped (1¾ cups)
- 1 green bell pepper chopped (1 cup)
- 1 14-ounce jar pizza sauce
- ¾ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- ½ 3.5-ounce package sliced hot and spicy pepperoni, chopped
- 1 cup 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Makes 6 servings
Instructies
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain pasta, and set aside.
- Cook ground beef, chopped onion, and bell pepper, stirring constantly, in a Dutch oven over medium heat 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in macaroni, pizza sauce, and next 4 ingredients.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Uncover; top with cheese, and bake 8 more minutes or until cheese melts.
