Plum Sorbet

Ingredients for 12–14 Ingredients
- 18 oz 500 g Plums, pitted
- ¼ cup 50 ml Red wine
- ⅔ cup 150 g Granulated sugar
- Dash of cinnamon
- 3 tbsp 4 cl Slivovitz
Instructies
- Cut the washed, pitted plums into slices.
- Boil the red wine with granulated sugar, add the plums, and let marinate.
- Purée with a blender and sieve.
- Flavor with cinnamon and slivovitz.
- Place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
