Potato Soup with Rivvels
Ingrediënten
- ¼ cup butter or margarine
- 10 –12 potatoes peeled and diced
- salt
- pepper
- rivvels
Instructies
- Melt butter.
- Add potatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Cover with water.
- Bring to a boil and cook potatoes until nearly soft.
- Crumble in rivvels and continue cooking, stirring occasionally so that rivvels separate.
- When potatoes are tender, serve.
