Ingrediënten

  • ¼ cup butter or margarine
  • 10 –12 potatoes peeled and diced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rivvels

Instructies

  • Melt butter.
  • Add potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover with water.
  • Bring to a boil and cook potatoes until nearly soft.
  • Crumble in rivvels and continue cooking, stirring occasionally so that rivvels separate.
  • When potatoes are tender, serve.
