Prosciutto and Egg Bagel Panini

Ingrediënten

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 everything bagels
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 handfuls of baby arugula
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tsp butter

Instructies

  • Using a whisk, beat the egg, then add pepper and salt.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter.
  • Push the eggs across the pan using a spoon.
  • Cook the eggs for 2 minutes until they become set.
  • Divide the bagels into half, then spread mayonnaise in the bagels.
  • Add the eggs, cheese, arugula, and prosciutto to the bagel.
  • Cover the ingredients with the rest of the bagel.
  • Brush both the bottom and top of the bagel with the oil.
  • Cook the sandwich for 4 minutes as you flip it halfway.
