Prosciutto and Egg Bagel Panini

- 2 everything bagels
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 slices American cheese
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 2 handfuls of baby arugula
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper
- Olive oil
- 2 tsp butter
Instructies
- Using a whisk, beat the egg, then add pepper and salt.
- In a skillet, melt the butter.
- Push the eggs across the pan using a spoon.
- Cook the eggs for 2 minutes until they become set.
- Divide the bagels into half, then spread mayonnaise in the bagels.
- Add the eggs, cheese, arugula, and prosciutto to the bagel.
- Cover the ingredients with the rest of the bagel.
- Brush both the bottom and top of the bagel with the oil.
- Cook the sandwich for 4 minutes as you flip it halfway.
