Ingrediënten
- 8 oz. pasta
- ½ C. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 C. diced tomatoes pushed through a sieve
- 4 anchovy filets rinsed and diced
- 2 tbsps tomato paste
- 3 tbsps capers
- 20 Greek olives pitted and coarsely diced
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructies
- Boil your pasta in water and salt for 9 mins then remove all the liquids.
- Now being to stir fry your garlic in oil until it is browned all over.
- Then add the tomatoes and cook the mix for 7 mins before adding in: the pepper flakes, anchovies, olives, tomato paste, and capers.
- Let the mix cook for 12 mins and stir everything at least 2 times.
- Now add in the pasta and stir everything to evenly coat the noodles.
