Raspberry bowl with apricots
Ingrediënten
- 100 g raspberries
- 400 g of natural yoghurt 3,5 % fat
- 6 apricots
- 50 g protein flakes Socas
- 30 g flaxseed broken
Instructies
- Pureefinely the raspberries and yogurt.
- Wash, halve and core the apricots.
- Put the raspberry yogurt in two bowls and add the apricot halves, flakes and flax seeds.
