Acai bowl with blueberries

Ingredients

  • 500 g yogurt Greek style
  • 2 TL acai powder
  • 2 teaspoons of cocoa slightly de-oiled
  • 80 g of blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 10 g shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp bee pollen
  • 2 teaspoons of pumpkin seeds peel-free
  • 40 g coconut muesli
  • Agave syrup as needed

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt with acai powder and cocoa.
  • Sweeten with a little agave syrup if you like.
  • Then put in two bowls.
  • Wash the blueberries, drain them and add them to the yogurt.
  • Arrange the chia seeds, desiccated coconut, pollen, pumpkin seeds and muesli on the bowl and then serve.
