Agave Mustard Glazed Chicken with Jamaican Jerk
Sweet and spicy agave-mustard glazed chicken with a touch of Jamaican jerk for a flavorful kick.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 pounds boneless skin-on chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Jamaican Jerk Rub
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons scallions chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 370°F.
- Drizzle avocado oil over the chicken breasts, then rub with the Jamaican Jerk seasoning.
- Place the chicken breasts in the Air Fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the glaze by combining salt, agave syrup, and mustard in a pan over medium heat.
- Simmer until the glaze thickens.
- Brush the thickened glaze over the chicken breasts and return them to the Air Fryer.
- Cook for an additional 6 minutes or until the surface is crispy.
- Garnish with fresh chopped scallions and enjoy!
