  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 pounds boneless skin-on chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Jamaican Jerk Rub
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons scallions chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 370°F.
  • Drizzle avocado oil over the chicken breasts, then rub with the Jamaican Jerk seasoning.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the Air Fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
  • While the chicken cooks, prepare the glaze by combining salt, agave syrup, and mustard in a pan over medium heat.
  • Simmer until the glaze thickens.
  • Brush the thickened glaze over the chicken breasts and return them to the Air Fryer.
  • Cook for an additional 6 minutes or until the surface is crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped scallions and enjoy!
