Ingredients

  • 4 ounces store-bought pizza dough gluten-free if needed
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup packed torn kale leaves
  • 5 slices spicy salami 1½- to 2-inch diameter slices
  • 3 tablespoons grated Asiago cheese
  • 2 tablespoons shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese vegan mozzarella for dairy-free option
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a circle approximately 8 inches in diameter.
  • Brush the olive oil evenly over the surface of the pizza dough.
  • Scatter torn kale leaves evenly over the dough.
  • Arrange the slices of spicy salami over the kale.
  • Sprinkle grated Asiago cheese followed by shredded mozzarella over the top.
  • Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Carefully transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  • Remove from the air fryer, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
