Air-Fried Gourmet Personal Pizzas

Ingredients
- 4 ounces store-bought pizza dough gluten-free if needed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ¼ cup packed torn kale leaves
- 5 slices spicy salami 1½- to 2-inch diameter slices
- 3 tablespoons grated Asiago cheese
- 2 tablespoons shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese vegan mozzarella for dairy-free option
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a circle approximately 8 inches in diameter.
- Brush the olive oil evenly over the surface of the pizza dough.
- Scatter torn kale leaves evenly over the dough.
- Arrange the slices of spicy salami over the kale.
- Sprinkle grated Asiago cheese followed by shredded mozzarella over the top.
- Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Carefully transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Remove from the air fryer, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
