  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes halved
  • 4 spring onions
  • 4 beef sausages
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the bell peppers in the cooking basket and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of canola oil.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C), add the tomatoes and spring onions to the basket, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Reserve the vegetables.
  • Add the beef sausages to the Air Fryer basket, drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of canola oil, and cook at 380°F (193°C) for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Assemble the sandwiches by placing a sausage in each hot dog bun, topping with air-fried vegetables, and drizzling with mustard.
  • Serve warm.
