Air-Fried Sausage and Veggie Sandwiches
A hearty sausage and veggie sandwich bursting with flavor, ready in just 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes halved
- 4 spring onions
- 4 beef sausages
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the bell peppers in the cooking basket and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of canola oil.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C), add the tomatoes and spring onions to the basket, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Reserve the vegetables.
- Add the beef sausages to the Air Fryer basket, drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of canola oil, and cook at 380°F (193°C) for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a sausage in each hot dog bun, topping with air-fried vegetables, and drizzling with mustard.
- Serve warm.
