Air Fryer Cream Cheese Wontons

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 ½ tablespoons finely sliced green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 24 to 30 wonton wrappers
- Sweet chili sauce for dipping
- 4 fluid ounces water for sealing
- Cooking oil spray or oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, finely sliced green onions, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Keep the wonton wrappers covered with a damp cloth or paper towel until ready to use.
- Place a teaspoon of the cream cheese filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wonton wrapper according to your preferred method (triangle fold or other).
- Ensure that the edges are sealed tightly to prevent the filling from leaking.
- Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the filled wontons in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Lightly spray the wontons with cooking oil spray or brush them with oil for a golden and crispy finish.
- Air fry at 175°C (350°F) for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the wontons are crispy and golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the cream cheese wontons from the air fryer and serve hot with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
