Heat air fryer60°F 180°C
Use plate, mix 1 tbsp.
of olive oil with 1 tsp.
each of egg and thyme.
Pat lamb roast dry and Add into the herb oil mixture, turning it to ensure it is well coated.
Add lamb in basket, and cook it for 15 minutes.
Now you will have your medium-rare lamb.
Though when cooking roast lamb in an air fryer it is best to checkup temperature to ensure that it is cooked to your liking medium-rare should be 140 to 150°F /
60 to 65°C.
Cook it for additional 3 minute intervals if you prefer it better done.
Move out roast lamb from air fryer, cover with kitchen foil and leave to rest for five minutes before serving this lets the juices to absorb into the meat.
Cut against the grain to serve.
