Air Fryer Roast Lamb

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces butterflied lamb leg roast 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. egg fresh or dried
  • 1 tsp. thyme fresh or dried
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat air fryer60°F 180°C
  • Use plate, mix 1 tbsp.
  • of olive oil with 1 tsp.
  • each of egg and thyme.
  • Pat lamb roast dry and Add into the herb oil mixture, turning it to ensure it is well coated.
  • Add lamb in basket, and cook it for 15 minutes.
  • Now you will have your medium-rare lamb.
  • Though when cooking roast lamb in an air fryer it is best to checkup temperature to ensure that it is cooked to your liking medium-rare should be 140 to 150°F /
  • 60 to 65°C.
  • Cook it for additional 3 minute intervals if you prefer it better done.
  • Move out roast lamb from air fryer, cover with kitchen foil and leave to rest for five minutes before serving this lets the juices to absorb into the meat.
  • Cut against the grain to serve.
