All-Purpose Spiced Cocktail Nuts

If you’ve ever wanted to throw an impromptu cocktail party after work, all you need is this ridiculously simple nut mix on hand that’s ready to serve in less than 10 minutes. The nuts fry up crunchy and hot, the perfect complement to icy-cold cocktails. You can use 2 cups of any kind of nuts, or, for a shortcut, pick up a can of mixed nuts on your way home from work—just use half the amount of salt here since the mixed nuts come salted and check them after cooking for 4 minutes to see if they’re done since the canned nuts also come preroasted.
