Almond Cream With Berries
Ingredients
Ingredients for 8 Servings
- 4 Egg whites
- 3 tbsp 40 g Granulated sugar
- 2 oz 50 g Almonds, ground
- 2 Sheets gelatin
- 1½ cups 350 g Sour cream
- 6 tbsp Amaretto
- 9 oz 250 g Berries of your choice
Instructions
- Add water to the gelatin and remove excess.
- Warm the amaretto and dissolve the gelatin in it.
- Mix with the sour cream and fold in the almonds.
- Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks with granulated sugar.
- Fold into the cream mixture and fill glasses.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Garnish with fresh berries.
