Almond Cream With Berries

Ingredients

Ingredients for 8 Servings

  • 4 Egg whites
  • 3 tbsp 40 g Granulated sugar
  • 2 oz 50 g Almonds, ground
  • 2 Sheets gelatin
  • cups 350 g Sour cream
  • 6 tbsp Amaretto
  • 9 oz 250 g Berries of your choice

Instructions

  • Add water to the gelatin and remove excess.
  • Warm the amaretto and dissolve the gelatin in it.
  • Mix with the sour cream and fold in the almonds.
  • Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks with granulated sugar.
  • Fold into the cream mixture and fill glasses.
  • Chill for 2 hours.
  • Garnish with fresh berries.
