Apple Turkey Panini

Ingredients
- 4 slices whole-grain bread
- 8 thinly sliced roasted turkey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 thinly sliced green apple
- 4 tbsp butter with canola oil
- 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
