Ingredients

  • 35 oz 1 kg Apples
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 3 Cloves
  • ¼ cup 65 ml White wine, preferably Riesling
  • ¼ cup 65 ml Water
  • 1 cup less 2 tbsp 200 g Granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Peel, quarter, and core the apples.
  • Boil until soft with water, white wine, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon sick, and cloves.
  • Remove the spices and sieve.
