Applesauce
Ingredients
- 35 oz 1 kg Apples
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 3 Cloves
- ¼ cup 65 ml White wine, preferably Riesling
- ¼ cup 65 ml Water
- 1 cup less 2 tbsp 200 g Granulated sugar
Instructions
- Peel, quarter, and core the apples.
- Boil until soft with water, white wine, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon sick, and cloves.
- Remove the spices and sieve.
