  • 6 fresh apricots halved (about ½ pound)*
  • 1 11.5-ounce can apricot nectar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • cups Champagne **
  • Crushed ice

Garnishes:

Instructions

  • Process first 3 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
  • Stir in Champagne, and serve immediately over crushed ice.

Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:

Garnish, if desired.
*1 (17-ounce) can apricot halves, drained, may be substituted for fresh.
**1 (12-ounce) can ginger ale may be substituted for Champagne.
