Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups dried apricots chopped
  • 2 cups shredded coconut ground
  • cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped dried apricots, shredded coconut, and sweetened condensed milk until well mixed.
  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
  • Roll each ball in powdered sugar until completely coated.
