Asiago, spicy salami, and kale pizza
Ingredients
- 4 ounces store-bought pizza dough
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ¼ cup packed torn kale leaves
- 5 1½- to 2-inch-diameter slices salami
- 3 tablespoons grated Asiago cheese
- 2 tablespoons shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Roll and stretch the pizza dough into a 6-inch round.
- Lay the dough round in the air fryer, then brush with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.
- Arrange the kale leaves over the dough, followed by the salami slices.
- Sprinkle with the Asiago and mozzarella.
- Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with the remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil, and cook at 350°F until the dough is cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden brown, about 8 minutes.
- Transfer the pizza to a plate and serve hot.
