Asiago, spicy salami, and kale pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces store-bought pizza dough
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup packed torn kale leaves
  • 5 1½- to 2-inch-diameter slices salami
  • 3 tablespoons grated Asiago cheese
  • 2 tablespoons shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Roll and stretch the pizza dough into a 6-inch round.
  • Lay the dough round in the air fryer, then brush with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.
  • Arrange the kale leaves over the dough, followed by the salami slices.
  • Sprinkle with the Asiago and mozzarella.
  • Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with the remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil, and cook at 350°F until the dough is cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden brown, about 8 minutes.
  • Transfer the pizza to a plate and serve hot.
