Asian Greens and Radish Salad
Pair sharp-tasting Asian greens with radishesfor a pungent salad. Buy bagged, trimmed radishes without the tops.
Ingredients
- 6- ounce bag Asian greens
- 1 cup sliced radishes
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a salad bowl, toss together the Asian greens and radishes.
- In a cup, stir together the oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour over the salad and toss gently but well.
- Serve immediately
