Asian Greens and Radish Salad

Ingredients

  • 6- ounce bag Asian greens
  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a salad bowl, toss together the Asian greens and radishes.
  • In a cup, stir together the oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour over the salad and toss gently but well.
  • Serve immediately
