Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breast slices
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 scallion stalks sliced
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

Saute Garlic:

  • In a large frying pan, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the crushed garlic cloves and saute for a minute until fragrant.

Cook Chicken:

  • Add the boneless chicken breast slices to the pan and stir-fry for approximately 3 minutes, until they are cooked through.
  • Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and set it aside in a temporary dish.

Prepare Vegetables:

  • In the same frying pan, add the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
  • Add the sliced scallion and chopped broccoli to the pan.
  • Stir-fry for 1 minute until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Combine Ingredients:

  • Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the sauteed vegetables.
  • Add the soy sauce and stir to combine all ingredients evenly.

Serve:

  • Serve the oriental chicken and broccoli stir-fry hot, over cooked rice or noodles.
