Asian-inspired Maple Glazed Steak Marinade

Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce gluten-free if needed
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 green onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or maple sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose Greek seasoning
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon sea salt or kosher salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onion, maple syrup or sugar, Greek seasoning, onion powder, and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Place steaks in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover the dish or seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
- When ready to cook, remove the steaks from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Grill the steaks to your desired level of doneness.
