Asparagus Dip
You do not have to limit asparagus to just main courses and side dishes. It can also be used in dips and pickles.
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Trimmed and Cooked Asparagus Spears
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Minced Garlic Clove
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend together the cream cheese, parmesan and garlic.
- Add in asparagus and pulse until even but there are still small chunks.
- Pour into a small dip dish.
- Refrigerate and serve as needed.
