Asparagus Dip

You do not have to limit asparagus to just main courses and side dishes. It can also be used in dips and pickles.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Trimmed and Cooked Asparagus Spears
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Minced Garlic Clove

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend together the cream cheese, parmesan and garlic.
  • Add in asparagus and pulse until even but there are still small chunks.
  • Pour into a small dip dish.
  • Refrigerate and serve as needed.
