Asparagus Fries
We’ve all heard of French fries but what exactly are these asparagus fries? Read on to find out!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Trimmed Asparagus Spears
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
- ½ Cup Grated Parmesan
- ½ Cup White Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg along with salt and pepper until frothy.
- Dip each spear in flour then in eggs and finally roll in the cheese/bread crumbs mix.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for about 12 minutes at 425 degrees.
- Serve with any dip of your choice.
