Asparagus Fruit Salad
Due to its non-offensive flavor, asparagus can easily be added to any salad.

- 1 ½ Cup Trimmed and Cooked Asparagus Spears
- 1 Can Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Can Mandarin Orange Sections
- ½ Cup Chopped Apples
- ½ Sliced Celery
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Red Onion
- 8 Ounces Sour Cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine together all the ingredients.
- Mix well so that everything is well coated with the cream.
- Refrigerate for an hour and then serve.
