Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cup Trimmed and Cooked Asparagus Spears
  • 1 Can Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Can Mandarin Orange Sections
  • ½ Cup Chopped Apples
  • ½ Sliced Celery
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Red Onion
  • 8 Ounces Sour Cream

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine together all the ingredients.
  • Mix well so that everything is well coated with the cream.
  • Refrigerate for an hour and then serve.
