Asparagus Pastry

Ingredients

  • 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
  • 10 Asparagus Spears
  • 1 Cup Cream Cheese
  • ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 Egg
  • A Fistful of Flour
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet and spread it with cream cheese.
  • Cut it out into 10 inch pieces.
  • In a small bowl, beat the egg along with salt and pepper.
  • Wrap each pastry sheet piece around an asparagus spear.
  • Brush with egg and roll in parmesan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Allow to cool a little and then serve.
