Asparagus Pastry
Who knew that asparagus could be wrapped up in pastry goodness? Well it is possible!

Ingredients
- 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
- 10 Asparagus Spears
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese
- ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan
- 1 Egg
- A Fistful of Flour
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and spread it with cream cheese.
- Cut it out into 10 inch pieces.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg along with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each pastry sheet piece around an asparagus spear.
- Brush with egg and roll in parmesan.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Allow to cool a little and then serve.
