Asparagus Smoothie
We’ve all heard of green smoothies. Well these can include asparagus as well since it is comparatively bland tasting and does not adversely affect the taste of the smoothie.

- 4 Trimmed Asparagus Spears
- 1 Cup Chopped Spinach Leaves
- 1 Cup Chopped Cantaloupe
- 1 Cup Chopped Red Apples
- ½ Cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a high speed blender such as the Vitamix and blend until smooth.
- Pour onto ice cubes and enjoy.
