Avocado-Mango Salsa

This fresh-flavored salsa tastes great the minute it’s made. It’s delicious with quesadillas or tortilla chips.

Ingredients

Makes about 5 cups

    Prep: 20 min.

    • ¼ cup jalapeño pepper jelly
    • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
    • 1 26-ounce jar refrigerated mango pieces, drained and diced *
    • 2 large avocados diced
    • 1 large red bell pepper diced
    • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

    Instructions

    • Whisk together jelly and lime juice in a large bowl.
    • Add mango and remaining ingredients; stir until blended.

    Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:

    *2 large peeled and diced mangoes may be substituted.
