Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders
This is the best type of burger dish to make whenever you have to satisfy a large crowd. These burgers are covered in a delicious glaze I know you will love.
Ingredients
- 1, 18 ounce pack of Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 pound of lean ground beef
- 1 white onion chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- ⅓ cup of pickles chopped
- ½ cup of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoons of salt
- ¼ teaspoons of black pepper
- 6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
- Ingredients for the glaze:
- ½ cup of butter
- 3 Tablespoons of light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice open the Hawaiian rolls and place the bottoms into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the bottom buns.
- In a skillet set over medium to high heat, add in the lean ground beef and onion.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the beef is cooked.
- Add in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add in the pickles, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with a dash of salt and black pepper.
- Stir well to mix.
- Pour over the top of the bottom buns.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and remaining sharp cheddar cheese over the top.
- Cover with the top buns.
- Prepare the glaze.
- In a bowl, add in the butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.
- Whisk to mix.
- Pour over the sliders.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top.
- Place into the oven to bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
- Remove and serve immediately.
