Bacon, Eggs and Asparagus

- Asparagus provides an innovative pop of green to this classic breakfast dish.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Trimmed Asparagus Spears
- 8 Bacon Slices
- 8 Eggs
- ½ Teaspoon Thyme Leaves
- 3 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Dill
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Plate and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook asparagus in bacon grease until tender yet crisp.
- Add in the spices and herbs.
- Crack eggs on top.
- Be careful to not break the yolk.
- When done, spoon it on top of the bacon set aside.
- Serve immediately.
