Banana and wild berries bowl
Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 frozen banana sliced
- 250 g frozen berries optional
- 2 EL acai powder
- 2 tsp agave nectar
- 400 ml of unsweetened almond milk
- 100 g ripe mango
- 1 pitahaya dragon fruit
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
- 2 teaspoons coconut chips
Instructions
- Puree the banana, frozen berries, acai powder, agave syrup and almond milk.
- Add almond milk depending on the desired consistency.
- Peel the mango and cut into cubes.
- Wash, quarter and slice pitahaya.
- Pour berry puree into two bowls.
- Garnish with mango, pitahaya, chia seeds, cocoa nibs and coconut chips.
