Banana and wild berries bowl

Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 250 g frozen berries optional
  • 2 EL acai powder
  • 2 tsp agave nectar
  • 400 ml of unsweetened almond milk
  • 100 g ripe mango
  • 1 pitahaya dragon fruit
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
  • 2 teaspoons coconut chips

Instructions

  • Puree the banana, frozen berries, acai powder, agave syrup and almond milk.
  • Add almond milk depending on the desired consistency.
  • Peel the mango and cut into cubes.
  • Wash, quarter and slice pitahaya.
  • Pour berry puree into two bowls.
  • Garnish with mango, pitahaya, chia seeds, cocoa nibs and coconut chips.
