  • Freeze for several hours or overnight until solid.

Blend Frozen Bananas:

  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, add the frozen banana slices.
  • Start by adding 1/2 cup of fruit juice or nut milk of your choice.

Blend Until Smooth:

  • Begin blending the frozen bananas on low speed.
  • Gradually increase the speed to medium-high, using a tamper if needed to push the bananas towards the blades.
  • Blend until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
  • If necessary, add more liquid, a little at a time, to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Serve Immediately or Store:
  • Once the banana ice cream reaches a smooth consistency, it is ready to serve.
  • Enjoy it immediately as a soft-serve treat, or transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for an additional 30 minutes to firm up slightly for a more traditional ice cream texture.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Serve the banana ice cream in bowls or cones, and garnish with your favorite toppings such as sliced bananas, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or chocolate chips.

Enjoy:

  • Enjoy this delicious and creamy banana ice cream as a healthy and refreshing dessert or snack.

Storage:

  • Store any leftover banana ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer.
